Making it 9 out of 9

I received the news from Alicia of the setting up of the Lippers blog with mixed feelings loh. I had this massive plan to set up the Lippers' blog by myself and surprise all of you. But I kind of ruined the plan myself when i revealed it to mendy, ky and weijie when we met mendy at Harbour Front interchange last Saturday. Shucks man...anyway, ideas never really do materialize in Chye's hand so I'm kind of glad kaiyuan actually got the blog started...yet another outlet for me to crap=)

Anyway, I'll be jetting off to Yunnan on Sunday for YEP. Hopefully, Yunnan will live up to its name. I know that we're going there to teach the kids english and improve their studying conditions but i'm secretly hoping the air there could help me recover the hair i've lost through the merciless passage of time. After all, the most successful jian4 fa4 zhong1 xing1 hails from yunnan=p I'll be returning from yunnan on the 3rd then less than 24 hours ltr, I'll be heading for France. It's some immersion programme thing, which I suppose most of you should have heard from weijie or kaiyuan le...given their reputations for efficient gossip spreading..haha...

I'm really looking forward to Yunnan but for France, I can't exactly say the same. I'm totally not prepared for France. Even though on paper I've taken French lvl 2, but my actual French is probably just at lvl 0.5 lor, as kaiyuan can attest to. And I just found out that i'm suppose to purchased my own train ticket from the airport in Paris to Montpellier and the website for the purchase is all in french which i reallie yi4 zhi1 ban4 jie3 man. So good luck for me if i can actually survive my 3 wks there.

I guess i won't be seeing you guys till end of june but the only comforting thing is that i'll be able to make it back for scamp. Hopefully, by then I'll be able to sheeh sheeh saw saw in french. Till then, enjoy kukup and pre-scamp man...and as for michelle, enjoy your mini around the Southeast Asia trip!
